Great Ways to Make Money From Home - Part 1

There are countless work-at-home opportunities out there; some work better than others, and not everyone is suited for an individual opportunity. I have spent the past two decades researching home based businesses and I have experience successes and failures along the way. The good news for you is that you can learn from my mistakes and benefit from what I believe is the best possible opportunity for the average person to attain success in their own business.
Having just recently launched the Time and Life Freedom Institute, I want to do a short series on the various ways people attempt to make money from home, discussing the pros and cons of each. Most of these strategies I have personally made money with therefore my feedback is based on my personal experiences.
Affiliate Marketing.
This is one of the most misrepresented home based businesses in my opinion. There are many reasons why and I detailed them all in a report that I wrote called “Affiliate Gurus Exposed“. It is a free report, but it will cost you an email address. Keep in mind, you can make a great living through affiliate marketing because basically it is selling products and services that you don’t have to personally fulfill. The biggest challenges are competition, lack of marketing expertise, and the fact that unless you are an Internet Marketing expert, you will have to spend money to make money. The upside is that you can make a decent Part Time income with a little bit of effort. You can turn it into a full time business, but for most people, it’s just not a reality. I have personally built several websites that sold products through affiliate marketing and build revenues of over $1,000 per month on auto-pilot for each one, but keep in mind, I have been a professional Internet Marketer since 1999, so I had an advantage over the average person. If you are looking to learn the A to Z’ of Affiliate Marketing, there are two resources that I recommend:
- The Super Affiliate Handbook which is written by a professional affiliate marketer who started out as just an average gal, and now earns several hundred thousand dollars per year as an affiliate marketer.
- Affiliate Classroom which is an more in-depth and ongoing Affiliate Marketing Training Course.
Both of these are very reasonably priced if this is the route you want to go.
Although affiliate marketing can be a very profitable means of earning an income, I have identified what I believe to be the best all around home based business opportunity. There is very little start up expense, a huge market, and full support.
